After extensive outreach to the market for active and passive talent, compelling candidates undergo a comprehensive interview process which encompasses five to ten hours of customized questions to ascertain a candidate’s ability to produce results within each client’s corporate culture and business life cycle. Once a candidate is aligned with a client’s specifications, comprehensive reference checking, license, designation, and degree verifications are conducted.
